Ingredients Usage How to use Sudafed Blocked Nose & Sinus Capsules 16 Swallow two capsules whole with water, not to be chewed, every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not exceed more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hour period. Make sure to leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor.
