Sealey TC10 Automatice Tyre Changer

The Sealey TC10 is an automatic tyre changer designed for professional workshops handling cars and light commercial vehicles. With the capacity to accommodate wheel rims from 11" to 23" (internal clamping from 13" to 23"), this air-operated machine streamlines the tyre fitting process whilst protecting valuable alloy wheels throughout the operation. Built with a rear tilting column and head lock mechanism operated by compressed air, the TC10 delivers efficient tyre changing with a powerful 2500kg bead breaking force. The machine features plastic protectors fitted to both the clamping jaws and mounting head, providing essential protection against damage to alloy wheel finishes during the fitting process. Supplied as a comprehensive workshop solution, the TC10 includes a 485mm tyre lever, integrated tyre inflator (0-10 bar), tyre soap tub, air regulator and lubricator. The unit is powered by a 1.1kW motor running on standard 230V single-phase supply and requires an operating air pressure of 8-10 bar through a 1/4" BSP inlet. For workshops regularly handling low profile or run flat tyres, the optional TC10A Assist Arm accessory is required to achieve optimal results with these more demanding tyre types.
