The Sealey SM94 is a bench-mounted hollow chisel morticer designed for cutting precise mortises in joinery work, as well as for fitting locks and dead-bolts. This 370W morticing machine features twin uprights with a hydraulic damper system that carries the head assembly, providing smooth, controlled operation during mortise cutting. Built around a heavy-duty induction motor, this morticer includes a no-volt release switch to prevent accidental restart after power failure or jam, enhancing operator safety. The adjustable depth stop enables consistent, repetitive work, making it ideal for batch production of mortise and tenon joints in workshop environments.
