The Sealey IMIG180 is a versatile 180 amp MIG welder inverter designed for professional welding applications across multiple metals and alloys. Featuring a fan-cooled DC power supply, this compact inverter welder delivers reliable performance for welding steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium and their alloys, making it suitable for diverse fabrication and repair tasks. This dual-purpose welder also functions as an MMA/ARC welder, accepting a variety of electrode rods including rutile, basic and stainless steel types from Ø1.6mm to Ø4mm. The unit operates in both gas-shielded and gasless flux-cored wire modes, providing flexibility for workshop or site-based welding environments where gas supply may not be practical. Built with thermal overload protection for safe operation, the IMIG180 comes supplied ready to work with a comprehensive accessory kit. Included as standard are a 3m MIG torch with Euro Non-Live BINZEL® MB15 connection, 2m 16mm² earth cable, both fitted with 10-25 quick connectors for fast setup, plus a 3m gas hose and regulator. The welder accommodates 5kg wire spools and operates with a duty cycle of 20% at maximum 180A output.
