The Sealey AK450DP Air Powered Pump Away Station is a pneumatic oil transfer system designed to evacuate waste oil from drain units to remote storage locations. This air-operated pump station works in conjunction with the Sealey AK450DX oil drain unit, providing an efficient solution for workshops that need to transfer used oil away from the servicing area. The system operates on a 1:1 ratio air pump principle, delivering up to 60 litres per minute at 90psi. The complete assembly includes a 2m flexible hose fitted with dry-fit male and female quick couplings for simple connection to compatible drain units, plus a wall mounting bracket for permanent installation. A 2m flexible air supply hose comes with an integrated filter, lubricator and regulator assembly, ensuring clean, controlled air supply to the pump. The pump can be connected into existing pipework runs, enabling waste oil to be transferred directly to external storage tanks or collection points sited outside the workshop environment. With an operating pressure range of 30-120psi and air consumption of 8.8cfm, the unit requires a standard workshop air compressor to function effectively.
