The Reebok Step Teal is ideal for cardio, strength and core workouts and is can be used for HIIT, aerobic and general fitness sessions. The exercise platform has an easy to use click and lock system which enables you to adjust the height to suit your individual preferences. The height of the step can be changed to 15, 20 or 25 cm so you can easily change the intensity of your home workout.
