Typically, slush machines require around 13% sugar content, whereas the Polar can make slush from drinks with as little as 5% sugar content - a fantastic option if you want to serve healthier drinks options. You can even make slush from off-the-shelf soft drinks such as cola, lemonade or orangeade - the options are limitless. If you want something a little stronger, the Polar has the advantage of being able to make alcoholic slush drinks too, such as frozen margaritas or mojitos, as well as drinks from fresh juice (even with pulp up to 5mm). The Polar slush machine features three large 12 litre tanks, giving you the option of offering two drinks at the same time, whilst also providing plenty of capacity for spikes in demand.
