Ingredients Usage How to use Omron TENS Long Life Pads 2 Pack Application Snap one electrode cord from your OMRON TENS device to each pad. Remove and discard the plastic film if using new pads. Apply both pads to clean, healthy, dry adult skin, following the pad placement guidelines in the TENS device manual. Always use two pads simultaneously—therapy will not work with just one pad. Position pads at least 3 cm apart. Do not move pads during therapy or while the unit is on. After treatment, detach the pads and place them on the provided plastic holder, sticky side down. Cleaning and Maintenance Pads are designed for up to 150 uses or 5 months (based on once-daily use). Wash pads after 15 sessions or when adhesive weakens Use only cold running water and fingertips (no soaps, cloths, or sharp tools). Let the pads air dry completely—do not wipe with tissues or towels.
