Prepare for a measurement. 30 mins before it you shouldnt drink alcohol,smoke, have a hot shower, consume hot beverages, eat or exercise. 5 minutesbefore the measurement relax and rest. 2. Install the batteries. 3. Download the Omron connect App on your smart device. 4. Switch on the Bluetooth function on your smart device. Pair your smartdevice with the Blood pressure monitor through the Omron connect app andfollow the instructions from the App. 5. Apply the arm cuff on the left arm. On using the right arm instead, consultGeneral Precaution chapter in IM1. 6. Sit correctly and place your arm at your hearts level. Remain still and dont talk. 7.
