Ingredients Usage How to use Omron Complete (HEM-7530T-E3) Blood Pressure Monitor and 1-Lead ECG Monitor Initial Setup: Insert 4 AA alkaline batteries into the device. Download and install the OMRON connect app on your smartphone. Pair the monitor with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Taking a Blood Pressure Measurement: Apply the cuff to the upper arm (1–2 cm above the elbow). Sit comfortably with back and arm supported, feet flat, and legs uncrossed. Press the [START/STOP] button to begin measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the reading. The monitor automatically inflates, measures, and deflates the cuff. The results are shown on the screen and automatically transferred to the app (if paired). Recording an ECG: Sit correctly and place your smartphone on the monitor stand. Open the OMRON connect app and start ECG mode. Touch 4 electrodes: Thumbs on top electrodes. 2+ fingers on side electrodes. The app records a 30-second ECG and displays the result. Results may be labelled as Normal, Possible Afib, Bradycardia, Tachycardia, Unreadable, or Unclassified. Taking BP & ECG Simultaneously: Apply the cuff and place smartphone on the stand.
