Position the support on the top of your hand with the thumb under the small strap. Stretch the small strap across the palm and attach the Velcro. Stretch each of the three Velcro straps across the wrist and secure until comfortable. Finish by wrapping the long strap around the wrist or in a figure of eight around your thumb and back around the wrist, ensuring that the strap is not too tight.
