It has a strong floral aroma with hints of mint and apple. Known for its ability to balance and uplift, it helps ease various ailments, promoting harmony in both the mind and body. Geranium essential oil balances oily and dry skin, while also easing stress and anxiety. It is believed to affect the adrenal cortex, promoting balance in the hormone system. The oil has been used to treat acne, bruises, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, hemorrhoids, ringworm, ulcers, breast engorgement, edema, poor circulation, sore throat, tonsillitis, PMS, menopausal issues, stress, and neuralgia. Its strong aroma also repels mosquitoes and can be added to shampoo to help get rid of head lice.
