We also stock a 200lb set to test your muscles to the max. 5 Levels of Resistance Each set includes 5 resistance tubes which provide different levels of resistance. Each tube is colour-coded and labelled with the level of resistance in kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs). Superior Elasticity The resistance tubes are made from natural latex for superior strength and elasticity. Latex bands also stretch further than fabric bands for greater flexibility when you’re working out. Extra-Large Carabiner Clips The tubes are fitted with 6cm metal carabiner clips, rather than the 5cm clips favoured by many brands. Their large design allows the handles to move more freely during dynamic movements. Snug Non-Slip Handles Each set includes two pairs of non-slip handles which are fitted with metal D-ring buckles to easily attach to the carabiner clips. Each handle is foam-cushioned for a firm, comfortable grip. Resistance Tube Set Includes 5 Resistance Tubes As well as using the tubes individually, you can clip multiple tubes to the handles to add extra resistance (eg. by clipping a 10lb and 25lb tube together, you can create 55lb of resistance). 4 Handles Each set comes with two sets of handles, so you can work out with a partner without having to share. The extra pair also allows you to easily move from one resistance tube to another. 2 Ankle Straps Attaching an ankle strap to the tube allows you to safely anchor it to your foot. By attaching a regular handle to the other end of the tube, you can perform bicep curls and other exercises. Door Anchor Each set also includes a door anchor to securely anchor one end of the tube to a door frame and perform a variety of exercises. Its foam design helps to protect your door from damage.
