Ingredients Usage How to use Care+ Night Cold & Flu Relief Oral Solution 200ml Shake the bottle before use. Administer orally using the measuring cup provided in the pack. Dosage for adults and children aged 16 years and above is one 20ml dose taken just before bed. Children aged 12 to 15 years require a 10ml to 15ml dose to be taken just before bed. Do not give to children under 12 years of age, and do not take for longer than 3 days without medical advice.
