CALPOL Infant Original 120mg/5ml Oral Suspension 100ml is a strawberry flavoured syrup that provides soothing relief from fever raised temperature, post-immunisation fever, cold and flu symptoms, teething, headache, sore throat, earache, and other aches and pains. It contains paracetamol, which provides pain and fever relief gentle enough for babies after their first immunisation at 2 months. It gets to work on fever in 15 minutes, while being delicate on the tummy. CALPOL Infant Original Suspension for infants 2 months weighing over 4kg and not premature. Contains paracetamol. Contains Sucrose, Sorbitol Liquid Non Crystallising E420, Glycerol, Xanthan Gum, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Carmellose sodium, Polysorbate 80, Acesulfame Potassium, Propyl Parahydroxy benzoate E216, Ethyl Parahydroxy Benzoate E214,Strawberry Flavour 500018E containing Propylene Glycol E1520,Methyl Parahydroxy Benzoate E218, Carmoisine E122, Purified Water Ingredients Usage How to use Calpol Infant Oral Suspension Paracetamol For 2 Months 100ml This product is intended for use in children aged 2 months to 6 years. For oral use only. Do not give more medicine than the label tells you to. If your child does not get better, talk to your doctor. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use. Children aged 2-3 months: Give 2.5 ml. If necessary, after 4-6 hours, give a second 2.5 ml dose. Do not give to babies less than 2 months old. Only give if your baby weighs over 4 kg and was born after 37 weeks. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give more than 2 doses. If your child is still feverish after two doses, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Children aged 3-6 months old: 2.5 ml up to 4 times 6-24 months old: 5ml up to 4 times 2-4 years old: 7.5 ml 5 ml 2.5 ml up to 4 times 4-6 years old: Give 10 ml 5 ml 5 ml up to 4 times. Do not give more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give this medicine to your child for more than 3 days without speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.
