Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours. The Buffalo griddle is mounted on a strong stainless steel cupboard base with adjustable feet. This not only brings the griddle up to an ergonomic working height, it also provides vital additional storage space for your kitchen - a perfect area to store a few pots, pans or utensils.
