The Jura Mountain Smock is an all-in-one system designed to be worn over bare skin or just a base layer. The Sherpa fleece lining traps lots of warmth inside its furry texture. This provides lots of insulation when youre less active in milder weather, but its also great for slogging away in extreme cold. The fleeces structure continues to insulate well when damp and it pulls moisture away quickly, aided by an additional wicking treatment, to stop that clammy, chilly feeling you get after some serious effort. The outer fabric is fully windproof, to lock in warmth, and treated with a PFC-free water repellent to fend off the elements.
