About Merlin Cycles

Merlin Cycles was established in 1993 by John Moss in a spare bedroom in Whittle Le Woods, near Chorley, Lancashire. Now based in a shop, warehouse, and office in Buckshaw Village, Chorley, they've built an enviable reputation among cyclists for stocking a massive range of cycling equipment at great prices. In 2000, they launched their first Merlin branded bikes, starting with mountain bikes that became instant hits. Today they offer road, mountain, gravel, and electric bikes plus components and clothing, operating to over 50 countries worldwide. Popular own-brand models include the G2X Alloy Gravel Bike and Malt 725 Steel Mountain Bike.
