About Palladium UK

Palladium is a French footwear brand established in 1920, originally manufacturing aircraft tyres before pivoting to footwear post-WWII. The iconic Pallabrouse boot was introduced in 1947 as a lightweight, quick-drying combat boot for the French Foreign Legion, followed by the Pampa boot in 1949. Made from canvas—the fastest-drying fabric—these sturdy, water-resistant boots became popular with French families during the 1960s camping boom. Purchased by K-Swiss in 2009, Palladium maintains its military heritage while catering to modern urban adventurers.
