Campbells Meat

Campbells Prime Meat is a Scottish butcher and food wholesaler whose story started over 100 years ago when young Thomas Campbell took up his craft in 1910 on Castle Street, Edinburgh. Edward Campbell later started Campbells Prime Meat Ltd, and current managing director Christopher Campbell took over from his father in 2006, growing it to become the largest butcher in Scotland. Their Linlithgow premises - moved to after a devastating fire in May 2009 - is a grand-scale butchers, fishmongers, and delicatessen wholesale operation with 65 vans delivering and collecting across Scotland daily. An official Aberdeen Angus supplier, Campbells was acquired by Sysco GB in October 2024, joining the Sysco family while continuing their century-long tradition.
