Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn

Joe & Seph's is a family business that launched in 2010 with a mission to produce the best tasting popcorn in the world. All popcorn and caramel sauces are handmade in London by a small team of pastry chefs, using only the finest all-natural ingredients and extra-large "mushroom" shaped popcorn kernels.

The founder's love of popcorn began during regular trips to the USA, returning each time with flavoured popcorn as gifts. Realising nothing comparable existed in the UK, they began air-popping corn and coating it in smooth caramel made from fresh butter, discovering that using 100% natural ingredients and a unique "flavour-sequencing" process could lock in flavours to flourish on the palate at different intervals.

Today, Joe & Seph's offers over 50 flavours of popcorn, 10 caramel sauces, and has won an incredible 100 Great Taste Awards. Every kernel is air-popped for the best texture and taste, then sieved by hand to ensure no unpopped kernels remain. The range includes over 200 innovative products dreamed up by Popcorn Chef Joe.
