About Chums

Chums was founded by Graham Rubin in 1981 after years of experience in the trouser manufacturing industry. Starting with men's trousers, the first catalogue was published in 1982, achieving £1 million turnover the following year. Ladieswear was added in 1992, followed by household textiles and mobility solutions in 2004. Still family-run with Graham's sons Adam and Josh, Chums operates from 80,000 sq ft in Liverpool with around 200 staff. Own brands include Chums, Pegasus, Tootal, and Fitting Room.
