The Healthy Mummy is the world's biggest mums-only healthy eating and weight loss program, founded on October 1, 2010 by Rhian Allen while pregnant with her first baby. Discovering there was no holistic national support system for post-baby health, Rhian quit her 12-year corporate media career, sold her house, and invested everything to create a mum-friendly program. Starting with a few hundred Facebook members, the community now has over 1.5 million mums who have collectively lost over 3 million kilograms. The main products are the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and The Healthy Mummy Smoothies, now manufactured in the UK, providing safe, breastfeeding-friendly programs.
