Pooch and Mutt

Pooch & Mutt is a British health-focused dog food brand founded in 2007 by Guy Blaskey. The company was born when Guy's family dog Cookie was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 3 months old, but was successfully treated with a natural joint supplement reformulated for dogs. The founding products – Bionic Biotic and Mobile Bones supplements – remain in the range today. From these functional supplements, Pooch & Mutt has grown into a comprehensive brand offering wet food, dry food, treats, and supplements, all designed with health benefits in mind. Available at Pets at Home, Amazon, and supermarkets, the company was acquired by Czech pet food company VAFO Group in 2023. In 2025, Pooch & Mutt acquired BIOME9, a dog gut health testing company.
