Fashionette AG is a leading European data-driven e-commerce platform for premium and luxury fashion accessories, founded in 2008 in Düsseldorf, Germany by Dr Fabio Labriola and Ronald Reschke. Originally inspired by Sex and the City, the company started as a designer handbag rental service before strategically pivoting to sales two years later. With their online platforms fashionette.com and brandfield.com, they offer a curated assortment of premium and luxury handbags, shoes, small leather goods, sunglasses, watches, and jewellery from over 300 brands including own labels. Having raised $43.8 million and employing 154 staff, Fashionette was acquired by The Platform Group in August 2025.
